Our construction company in Muscat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively lead and coordinate various construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Supervise and manage construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Review and approve project designs, plans, materials, and methods
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead teams
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Muscat (open for all nationalities)
