Sales Manager - Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business relationships
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in Oman is preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
