Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa. This full time position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ and is suitable for men with previous sales experience.
As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve their targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, budgeting, and forecasting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify market trends
- Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed
