Machine Operator

Our manufacturing company in Isa Town is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce quality products according to specifications. This is a full-time job and we welcome freshers to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency and quality of products
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Load and unload materials into machines as necessary
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Keep accurate records of production and any maintenance performed on the machines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or certification preferred
- Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools accurately
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn new skills
