Secretary (Malayalee) - Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring a Malayalee Secretary for a contract position in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company and its employees. This role requires fluency in Malayalam and proficiency in English is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily schedule and appointments of senior management
- Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees
- Assisting with document preparation and presentation materials
- Organizing meetings and taking minutes
- Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and organizing documents
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with fluency in Malayalam language
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in English is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

The job will be based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
