As a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality pastries and desserts for our high-end restaurant in Isa Town, Bahrain. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for pastry-making will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all pastry items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative pastry recipes that align with our restaurant's concept
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, tarts, pies, and breads
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as icing, glazing, piping, and chocolate work
- Ensure all pastries are made with high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully on the plate
- Manage inventory of pastry supplies and place orders as needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in proper techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with other chefs to create balanced menus that include both savory dishes and desserts

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts preferred
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to create visually appealing desserts while maintaining great taste
- Strong time-management skills to ensure timely delivery of pastries during peak hours
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other kitchen staff effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
