House Manager

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a private household in Al-Rayyan. You will work closely with the homeowners to ensure their needs and preferences are met, while also maintaining a high level of service and organization within the household.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of household operations, including staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and renovations
- Manage household inventory, including purchasing and restocking items as needed
- Plan and coordinate events and gatherings for the homeowners
- Oversee household staff, ensuring they are properly trained and performing their duties effectively
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the household
- Handle all communications on behalf of the homeowners, including managing appointments and scheduling meetings
- Act as a liaison between the homeowners and other service providers such as chefs or personal assistants
- Travel with the homeowners as needed to assist with coordinating logistics and managing household needs in different locations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a House Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting, event planning, and household management procedures
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for Qatar
This is an urgent position so candidates must be available to start immediately. The salary for this role is $1200 per month.
