Merchandiser (Indian Nationals) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the product selection and placement in retail stores in Riyadh. Your main objective will be to increase sales and attract customers by creating appealing displays and ensuring that products are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to meet sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules
- Create attractive product displays that highlight key features and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Work closely with store managers to understand their needs and provide support as needed
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Regularly analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication with suppliers, store managers, and customers
- No prior experience required - we are willing to train candidates who are passionate about merchandising
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must be able to commute within Riyadh without company-provided accommodation

Salary: $1400/month
