Call Center Representative - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and providing solutions to any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues in a calm and efficient manner
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including comments, complaints, and actions taken
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible customer service experience
- Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures
- Adhere to call center scripts and guidelines during all interactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality standards
- Proficient computer skills; experience with CRM software is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
