We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must have a biometric passport (preferred)
- Suitable for men

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any issues
- Providing accurate information about products and services
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Adhering to call center scripts and processes
