Contract Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements with clients and vendors. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with all contract terms and conditions, maintaining accurate records, and identifying any potential risks or issues.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
- Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of contract deliverables
- Identify potential risks or issues in contracts and propose solutions to mitigate them
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding contract negotiations or changes
- Keep track of contract expiration dates and initiate renewal or termination processes as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders involved in the contract process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract law principles
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to find mutually beneficial solutions for all parties involved
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: 1500$ monthly
