We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. As a manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization in our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel
- Maintain records of housekeeping expenses, including labor and supplies

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam language, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1300$ per month, accommodation provided.
