Office Assistant
Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Bayan, India. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office setting and possess strong communication and multitasking skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate parties
- Manage and organize office supplies
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work full-time and hold an own visa for employment in India.
