Construction Manager - Salalah, Oman
As a Construction Manager in our growing company, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing all construction projects in Salalah, Oman. Your experience and expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee all aspects of construction including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety regulations, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits regularly to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Communicate effectively with all team members to foster a positive work environment
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods and processes
- Proven track record of successfully completed projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Oman is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
