A well-established coffee shop in Jeddah is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with speed and precision. Our ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and has a passion for creating delicious drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and taking their orders in a polite manner
- Preparing and serving espresso-based drinks, tea, hot chocolate, smoothies, etc.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Ensuring quality control by following recipes and standards for all beverages
- Maintaining inventory levels and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished
- Collecting payment from customers and handling cash transactions accurately
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner and addressing any concerns or complaints

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
