Senior Barista - Ar-Ruwais, UAE


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Barista to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coffee and beverage service to our customers while maintaining an efficient and organized work environment. This position requires a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to train and supervise other baristas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Train new baristas on proper brewing techniques, equipment operation, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required

Salary: 1300$ per month
