Temporary Restaurant Manager (Dar Kulaib)



We are looking for a skilled and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As the Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create schedules for staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food preparation and delivery
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet revenue targets

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in using restaurant management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus

Salary: 1600$

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible schedule including weekends)

Location: Dar Kulaib (no accommodation provided)
