Carpenter vacancy in Al-Malikiyah Bahrain

Carpenter - Al-Malikiyah, Syria



We are hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. While experience in carpentry is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut and shape wood, plywood, and other materials according to specifications
- Assemble structures by nailing, screwing or gluing parts together
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Repair or replace damaged frameworks or other wooden components
- Inspect work for quality and compliance with building codes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in carpentry or related field (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of different woodworking machinery and tools
- Good understanding of math and measurements
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
