Industrial Engineer



We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency of our production processes. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality
- Develop and implement new methods and systems to optimize production processes
- Collaborate with different departments, such as production, quality control, and supply chain management, to streamline operations
- Conduct time studies and create work standards to improve productivity
- Monitor production output and identify potential bottlenecks or issues
- Use data analysis techniques to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Train staff on new processes and systems to ensure successful implementation
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to industrial engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
- Familiarity with industrial engineering software such as CAD or simulation tools is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred
- Attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement
- Willingness to relocate to Lusail, Qatar
- Indian nationality preferred
