Sales Manager for Women's Clothing Sales in Salalah, Oman
A rapidly growing women's clothing company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Salalah, Oman. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning, team management, and customer relationship management. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the fashion industry and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional activities, events, and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback
- Train new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fashion retail or wholesale sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and styles preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
