Handyman for a Maintenance Company in Ajman


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our maintenance team in Ajman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as repairing and maintaining equipment, fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues, painting, and general building repairs. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Handyman and possess a strong knowledge of basic repair techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing leaky faucets, and unclogging drains
- Inspect buildings for any damages and report to the supervisor
- Assist with general building repairs such as drywall patching, painting, and carpentry work
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical and plumbing issues
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow all safety procedures while performing tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong communication skills in English
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Pakistani or African nationalities preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience working in the UAE is an advantage.
