Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Khor, Qatar

Our retail store in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising, preferably in a retail setting. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching displays that promote our products and drive sales.

Responsibilities:
- Design and set up attractive displays to showcase products
- Ensure products are stocked and replenished on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when restocking is needed
- Collaborate with the buying team to select the best products to feature
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product placement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into displays
- Train and supervise other merchandising staff as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior
- Familiarity with inventory management software is preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel (if not already located in Qatar)
- Indian or Malayalee preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply

This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. We are looking for someone who can start immediately, so please include your availability in your application.
