Hotel Maintenance Engineer
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team and ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our hotel facilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as knowledge of general construction and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, and electrical work
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, lighting fixtures, appliances, and other equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Respond to guest requests for maintenance services in a timely manner
- Assist with renovations or upgrades to the hotel's infrastructure

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills
