Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. Your ultimate goal is to increase our sales and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be working closely with the sales team and other departments to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through market research and cold calling
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, social media, etc.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and offer appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate information about products/services, prices, and delivery times
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to showcase our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (preferably in the same industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with different types of customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred (not mandatory)
