Crane Operator - Muharraq, Bahrain


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Inspect and maintain equipment before use
- Communicate with ground crew and signalers to ensure safe movement of materials
- Monitor load weight and distribution to prevent accidents
- Maneuver crane into position using hand or foot controls
- Lift, move, and position materials according to specific instructions or blueprints
- Keep accurate records of daily operations and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a crane operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding lifting capacities
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Salary:
