Tutor (Nizwa)


We are in search of a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team in Nizwa. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students of various levels and subjects. This is an urgent position with a starting salary of 900$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials based on the student's academic needs
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions
- Evaluate student's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Utilize various teaching strategies and techniques to ensure effective learning
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement
- Collaborate with teachers and parents/guardians to monitor student's academic performance
- Keep track of student's attendance, assignments, and grades
- Identify areas where students may need additional support and provide necessary resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Tutor or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students with varying abilities
- Proficient in the subject(s) you will be tutoring in
- Strong time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends if needed
