A reputable company in Medina is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports, and handling general office tasks such as answering phones and managing mail. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have at least 2 years of administrative experience. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Salary for this position is $1000 per month.
