Administrative Assistant in Medina, Africa
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team in Medina, Africa. As an administrative assistant, you will provide support to our office in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate person
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and expense reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in secretarial studies will be a plus
