Experienced Florist - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait



We are currently hiring an experienced Florist to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating unique floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for flowers and design, who can work well under pressure and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders
- Providing exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and making appropriate recommendations
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and other supplies needed for daily operations
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop at all times
- Managing orders and deliveries in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other team members to brainstorm new ideas and designs

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Florist in a similar role
- Creative flair with a strong understanding of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- Must have own transportation (accommodation not provided)
- Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
