Administrative Assistant - Isa Town, Bahrain
We are seeking an efficient and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our office staff and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists and manage correspondence
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book travel arrangements for staff members as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
Salary:
1400$ per month without accommodation
