Sales Manager

Our company, located in Ajman, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and reach sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, without accommodation.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of the Indian or African market preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and market trends for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products/services
