Restaurant Manager



As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Bayan, Pakistan. Your main focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high quality standards, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations including budgeting, inventory management, staffing, and overall performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Create schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that appeal to customers' tastes while maximizing profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide coaching when necessary
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers and vendors
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1700 per month
