Plumber for Residential Services

Our plumbing company is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team in Bayan, India. As a Plumber for Residential Services, you will be responsible for performing a variety of plumbing services in homes including installation, maintenance, and repairs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. We are specifically looking for candidates who are fluent in English and have experience working as a plumber.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new plumbing systems in residential homes
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing plumbing systems
- Diagnose and repair any issues with plumbing systems
- Communicate with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide necessary solutions
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while on the job

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working as a plumber
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or working in tight spaces

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in residential plumbing services is highly preferred
- Certification or training from a recognized trade school or apprenticeship program
- Familiarity with a variety of tools, including pipe cutters, wrenches, drills, etc.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that may require occasional evening or weekend work depending on customer needs. You will primarily work indoors in residential homes with occasional outdoor work. Some tasks may require physical exertion such as lifting heavy objects or kneeling for extended periods.
