Job Title: Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Isa Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, budgets, schedules, etc.
- Communicate effectively with clients on project updates and address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction management role
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proven track record of completing projects within budget and on time
- Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
- Experience using project management software
