Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Ar Rumaythiyah)


We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and staff performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create schedules for employees and ensure proper staffing levels at all times
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and menu items
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Proficient in English communication
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Ar Rumaythiyah
- Valid work permit with free visa and ticket
