Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, located in Al-Rayyan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Manage filing systems and documents
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or ability to obtain one
This position does not include accommodation. Preference will be given to Indian or Pakistani candidates who are currently residing in Al-Rayyan. However, all nationalities are welcome to apply.
