Office Assistant - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are in need of an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This role is suitable for Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency. Freshers with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Previous office experience is a plus but not required

Salary:
1300$ per month
