Our bakery in Isa Town is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring quality control, and keeping the kitchen area clean and organized.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other goods in a timely manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, and toppings
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before serving or packaging
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work area regularly
- Follow all safety protocols in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail for quality control purposes
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
