Office Assistant in Muharraq, Bahrain
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients and colleagues
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Collecting and organizing documents and files
- Managing inventory of office supplies
- Keeping track of expenses and creating expense reports
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized office space
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven work experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. The working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. This position is open to men who have their own visa.
