Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, as well as managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes to ensure quality and consistency
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop new recipes and techniques to keep our menu fresh and innovative
- Collaborate with management to set budget goals for the kitchen
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience/training in a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Creative mindset with a passion for food innovation
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1600 per month
Location: Abu-Dhabi
