Restaurant Manager

A reputable restaurant in Al-Kuwait is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a busy restaurant, preferably in the hospitality industry. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring top-notch customer service, maintaining inventory and stock levels, and creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong financial management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Al-Kuwait (Preference for Malayalee candidates or those with experience working in Kuwait)
