Restaurant Manager

We are a reputable restaurant in Al-Kuwait, looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- An eye for detail with excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Salary: 1600$ per month
