Sales Representative

Our growing company is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products or services to potential customers, while building and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. This is a contract position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services
- Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends in order to effectively sell to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales data
- Attend networking events or conferences to promote our products or services

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred
- Must be willing to travel within the city for meetings or events
