Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management. This is an English speaking job and proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is also preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth service
- Train and manage staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity
- Maintain a positive working environment and handle any employee issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supply of ingredients
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies at competitive prices
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi or other Indian languages preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques and cost control methods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Must be legally authorized to work in Dubai

Salary: 1300$ per month

Note: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own accommodation in Dubai.
