Indian Restaurant Manager in Dubai


A popular Indian restaurant in Dubai is seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the restaurant, from customer service to staff management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant, including front and back of house operations
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and maintain profitability
- Create schedules for employees, manage payroll, and handle employee relations issues as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and cost control methods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to legally work in Dubai

Salary: 1500$ per month with accommodation provided.
