Head Chef
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of chefs to ensure the highest quality of food is prepared and served. You will be expected to possess excellent culinary skills and creativity in designing new menus that cater to the diverse tastes of our guests. Your duties will include supervising food preparation and presentation, managing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and training junior staff. As an Indian cuisine specialist, you should have a thorough knowledge of traditional Indian dishes and be able to incorporate modern twists to elevate them. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to communicate with kitchen staff, management, suppliers, and customers on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month with potential for growth within our expanding company. This role is based in Al Ahmadi and is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
