Barista (Contract Position)



We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Muscat on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee and tea beverages for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Ensure quality control by monitoring the taste, temperature, and appearance of drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and dining tables
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, and latte art
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month (tax-free) + tips
