We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. This role offers a competitive salary of 1500$ and includes accommodation.

As a Part-Time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be working closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Establish relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Train and mentor junior sales staff
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work 20 hours per week.
