Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our fine dining restaurant in Riyadh. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences and a strong understanding of international cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create unique menus that showcase international flavors while incorporating local ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure high quality standards are consistently met
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance and efficiency
- Maintain inventory and control costs to meet budget targets
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine with the ability to create innovative dishes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff effectively
- In-depth understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Biometric passport required for travel to Riyadh (Egyptian nationality preferred)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
