Handyman vacancy in Curitiba Brazil

We assist with legalization, transportation, accommodation, and acclimatization in a new country.

Responsibilities:

• Operating and maintaining machinery for the production of aluminum car wheels;
• Manual finishing of parts, such as aluminum car wheels;
• Grinding, cleaning parts, and shaping factory molds for car wheel production;
• Sorting and placing car wheels on pallets according to type (machine brand);
• Grinding wheel surfaces using two types of handheld grinders;
• Unpacking car wheels from pallets and moving them;
• Cleaning wheels with sandpaper.

Salary (based on department):

Departments with lower rates: 32 PLN gross/hour

• For employees over 26 years old — 5,602.52 PLN net/month (~1,313.90 EUR).

For employees under 26 years old:

• Total salary — 5,927.52 PLN net/month (~1,390.12 EUR).

Departments with higher rates: 35 PLN gross/hour

• For employees over 26 years old — 6,137.82 PLN net/month (~1,439.44 EUR).

For employees under 26 years old:

• Total salary — 6,525.94 PLN net/month (~1,530.46 EUR).

Working Hours and Conditions:

• 2–3 shifts, 8–12 hours per day;
• Weekend work available;
• Guaranteed 210–240 working hours per month;
• Permanent job, not seasonal;
• Free hot lunches provided (water coolers available at all facilities);
• The factory has a cafeteria and changing rooms for employees.

Accommodation:

• Employer-provided accommodation for 600 PLN/month;
• The cost will be deducted from your salary;
• Rooms accommodate 2–5 people;
• Fully equipped with necessary amenities (furniture, appliances, etc.).

Employment Terms:

• Legal contract with a Polish employer;
• Assistance with processing all necessary documents to work in Poland;
• Medical examinations and occupational safety training provided at the employer’s expense;
• Free new work clothing provided.

Candidate Requirements:

• Physical strength and endurance;
• Ability to lift wheels weighing 17–35 kg;
• Willingness to work in temperatures of 25–30°C;
• Proficiency in using grinders and sanders;
• Availability to work night shifts;
• Attention to detail and precision in tasks;
• Teamwork skills;
• Willingness to learn;
• Previous experience in similar roles or industries is an advantage.
